Back in January, one of the things I did to motivate myself to stick to my weight loss goals was to join a Diet Bet I had seen floating around on some of the blogs I read. I came oh so close to winning (I was only off by 1.7 pounds!), but the whole experience really made me look at what I was choosing to eat every day and helped me make better decisions about my health.
February, there was a chance to join another, but I thought it would be a good idea to take a month off (especially since I was just starting in on bootcamp), and then see if I wanted to try again in March. Well, March is here and I find myself once again needing an extra boost to keep me on track! I joined a much bigger one this time around and I’m super excited to try to lose the 6.5 pounds I need to meet my goal this month.

This upcoming week promises to be pretty busy and hectic, but what week isn’t? I had a 4 day weekend so I’m hoping that I can jump back in to work tomorrow with a new attitude and energy. We’re making a big dinner tonight that will give us leftovers for several more days. I love having meals like that – no need to worry about dinner until mid-week!
